@JioCare Ridiculous service from Jio Fiber. Even the Jio Store doesn’t have the Jio Fiber connection. I have raised complaint for installation of Jio fiber but no response even from the store also. Just hopeless.

Had facing slow speed problem since years ago till today problem not resolve. I loss my data un utilised due to such problem. Company charges but fail to resolve customers problem, in such situation customer loss. Till today the problem no resolved by Relience Jio. @reliancejio

Hi @JioCare, the network of Jio at my place is at its worst from 2 days... there's no network Bar in phones...Forget about using the mobile data we're, even, unable to make a call properly. Hope that it gets better soon.

seems they fogot to provide network in all other locations while taking their network to remote areas. I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

@JioCare I have a Jio Fiber connection in Noida-137. The sales person Rakesh Singh of jio made a false promise on the day of installation that he we will be giving one extra month of wifi service due to offer period going in Jio on 20Aug. Now its 23Nov & my account is suspended.
