@JioCare I'm very much disappointed with the Data service you are providing at location pincode:- 211011. During the electricity interruption there is no Data connection on the phone. This is blocking us to do work from home smoothly. Please look into this on high priority .

@DoT_India @JioCare There is long standing complaint of villagers of my village Surajpur District Mau U.P. about the poor connectivity and frequent call drop of Jio users. It’s still not addressed by Jio. Users are frustrated. Positive steps needed.

Hello @reliancejio @JioCare i have been tryimg to connect to. Customer care as my fibre is out since 4 days. All you app does is send automated replies and never connects to a chat agent and calling helpline is of no use. Why is it so hard to navigate to inisiate a service rqst??

.@reliancejio is so stupid, I was on holidays and I turned off my phone for 5 days which has one of the JIO SIM, now upon returning and checking phone, the number has stopped working, and it doesn't even recognize as JIO number in the app. Horrible horrible network!

Only reason @reliancejio losing it's customers is it's network fails to fall back from 5G to 4G VoLTE which results in number in emergency mode.
