@JioCare I'm shocked how you're launching 5G services in my city, where you can't even provide a fair consistent speed of 4G Network. MR00015JETGQ ( CONCERN NO.) JIO is totally Fake . I regret to choose your postpaid plan & paying heavy monthly bills for your useless network.

@reliancejio One customer support for jio postpaid connection is 18008899555. Four times called this number to lodge complaint. 45 minutes waisted. Result: mail to Business @jio.com

@JioCare Ridiculous service from Jio Fiber. Even the Jio Store doesn’t have the Jio Fiber connection. I have raised complaint for installation of Jio fiber but no response even from the store also. Just hopeless.

seems they fogot to provide network in all other locations while taking their network to remote areas. I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

@JioCare your speed network of 4G is worst among all other available telecom networks in the market. My concern no. MR00015JETGQ. Jio is Disaster in terms of internet speed. Shame on you jio. You are just looting people in the name 4G highest speed network.

Hi @JioCare, the network of Jio at my place is at its worst from 2 days... there's no network Bar in phones...Forget about using the mobile data we're, even, unable to make a call properly. Hope that it gets better soon.

@reliancejio pin code 560037.. just 2 roads away there is support for jio fiber.. but for our place they are saying no service.. please look into it . We have many ppl waiting to install fiber. If jio doesn't provide in a few days, all will go to different provider
