@reliancejio The Jio store at Orderly Bazar Varanasi is filled with unfriendly staff. Not at all able to help. They r telling un on JIO store to call customer care. My colleague has lost his cellphone. He has requested new sim.But due to DOB difference some issue is coming up.

.@JioCare , I paid for JIO Fibre Connection but 5 days since then, installation is still pending due to technical delay. Representative is saying they raised the issue in the higher forum but resolution will take atleast 10-14 more days??? What kind of service is this???
