    @JRelince @JioCare @reliancejio There is very bad network inside L B.S.I Airport Varanasi . Network is good outside airport but when we go inside its very bad other Company network like Airtel is working good and Costomer care executive are only giving excuses.

    Hii @reliancejio I'm currently in varanasi and from 2-3 days I faced lot of call drops after evening till morning. I felt very sad to be a India's best telecom provider customer. Shame in your service 🤬

    @reliancejio No signal at all in #varanasi, (which is True5g ready city according to your website). I also got jio welcome offer banner in my jio app and I showed interest in it too. But no luck.

    @reliancejio I did not get 5g network in Varanasi location babatpur. I have tried many times. I am using OnePlus 2t. Also i am using Airtel and getting Airtel 5g network and high speed internet. Jio is my primary sim.

    @JioCare we would like to discontinue our jio fiber connection as after installation service is pathetic I called the guy who convinced me badly to remove our previous connection n use jio as it has good service. But now he never come after multiple calls we did.

    @JioCare Facing serious network issues at Savvy Studioz, Ahmedabad. Everything was fine earlier, but for the last 2 months there are frequent call drops, unstable Jio 5G, and sudden speed drops. Already contacted customer care multiple times but no resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare unable to resolve the issue in a situation when 2 month bill was paid in advance. Hopefully they close my connection at the earliest. After all this suffering i don't even expecting any refund from them.

    @reliancejio Mobile network in A block Sector 50 is very poor. Most of the time network is not available or poorly available . Call dropping and not getting voice is rampant. Complaining on My Jio is of no use. Do something else we migrate to other networks.

    It is impossible to talk to an agent on @JioCare I have scheduled an AirFiber request 4 days ago and there's no update on it. Their customer care number reaches to IVR with useless options.
