    @reliancejio No signal at all in #varanasi, (which is True5g ready city according to your website). I also got jio welcome offer banner in my jio app and I showed interest in it too. But no luck.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you guys are trying to provide 5g to indian as soon as possible but here in varanasi from last 20 days appx. I'm facing the most pathetic & terrible service, network goes down for 45 min. Can't even send a single msg...plz do something..

    Hii @reliancejio I'm currently in varanasi and from 2-3 days I faced lot of call drops after evening till morning. I felt very sad to be a India's best telecom provider customer. Shame in your service 🤬

    @JRelince @JioCare @reliancejio There is very bad network inside L B.S.I Airport Varanasi . Network is good outside airport but when we go inside its very bad other Company network like Airtel is working good and Costomer care executive are only giving excuses.

    Hi @JioCare I did a recharge today of Rs 399 from my number and received a confirmation of the same. However whenever I am trying to make a call, the operator is still saying there is no valid recharge. Customer care chatbot was no help
