@reliancejio No signal at all in #varanasi, (which is True5g ready city according to your website). I also got jio welcome offer banner in my jio app and I showed interest in it too. But no luck.

@reliancejio @JioCare Mobile network for callings and internet is not working at Banaras Hindu University campus since 20 days. Pls take necessary action else big number of students will port out together. We are well versed in mobile configuration so pls don't teach us that.

@JioCare we would like to discontinue our jio fiber connection as after installation service is pathetic I called the guy who convinced me badly to remove our previous connection n use jio as it has good service. But now he never come after multiple calls we did.

@reliancejio I did not get 5g network in Varanasi location babatpur. I have tried many times. I am using OnePlus 2t. Also i am using Airtel and getting Airtel 5g network and high speed internet. Jio is my primary sim.

My @airtelindia network was not coming from tonight. On getting information, it was found that the SIM got damaged. I do not understand how, will I get the recharge of my previous sim back if I get a new sim. If not, then getting @reliancejio sim would be the best option for me.
