@JioCare @reliancejio You guys will ask everything but you wont solve even a single query.... I have not seen a single improvement in service. JIO is becoming worst day by day. Wasted money on recharging JIO to get better service than Airtel.

Hello team @JioCare I am getting internet speed of 20-28 upto 50 KBps consistently with 3gb data per day plan From last 2-3 weeks. this is very disappointing. Mostly YouTube with 240p also buffer a lot on this network.

@JioCare Jio refunded Rs500 on 21-May-22 to me (ID 3078986230) after seven days after the internet connection (CO0000M811YY) was cut. But remaining Rs1000 was not refunded till date even if repeated concerns were raised with Jio customer. It is a very bad experience from Jio.

@JioCare And this is not my opinion. Their engineer himself mentioned it. So, even though they will congratulate themselve now s thinking that they solved my issue, they actually haven't. In fact they have instead created a whole issue which I will face in the future.
