    @Bssssant I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @JioCare still the engineer has not visited my house and wifi is not working from morning.... have some shame as this is now everyday massacre to people like us who pay money and dont get the services very disappointed

    @JioCare Please note that we have not rescheduled for a single time.From 23 March to till now we haven't received any calls but getting rescheduling sms for 3-4 times a day.If there is no Engineer for the installation then why you have taken money for installation. Complaint- MR00011CPFZ2

    @JioCare The worst SERVICE PROVIDER...NOW A DAYS.....MR.MUKESHJI SHOULD GET SOME GET SOME MORE EXPERTISE PROFESSIONAL TO MANAGE JIO MOBILE CARE FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICES. INSPITE OF DATA BALANCE...Cannot call as they say no BALANCE ..🌷🌷🌷

    @JioCare I am not able to make call nor use internet from my Jio sim and coincidentally tomorrow's the last day of existing plan. I cannot think of any explainable reason as to why allthough the network is full, I cannot either make/recieve calls or use internet.

    @reliancejio your prepaid plans are not customer friendly at all. One has to keep his mobile working at min. rates of Rs.209/ per 28 days compare to @airtelindia where it is only Rs. 99/- per 28 days. If this continues, many like me would consider porting to alternative operator.
