    @reliancejio @JioCare - I am struggling with jio fibre for last two weeks. Spoke to your customer care and logged service request. I was told technician will visit and resolve the problem. Today I noticed that service request was closed saying issue resolved.

    @JioCare My Jio fiber has been suspended. I got an email that there has been a request to stop the jio fiber. I never placed any request. Now your customer executive says someone will pick up the device and i will have to apply for a new device. What kind of harassment is this?
