    @reliancejio hi, I haven't got the jio fiber installation done. I have subscribed on 18th January but still now i didn't get any response from service team. I tried calling customer care but they are not giving proper response on when installation will be done.

    @JioCare Sir, please take the trouble to take any concrete steps. And reduce the networking speed from 2G to 4G. Or increase the validity of recharge according to network speed. .
