    @JioCare, I've alrdy told ur agents the new sim was ordered by some glitch & the order needs to be cancelled bt still I'm getting calls repeatedly frm ur side. I was informed by ur agent to call jio to cancel but your customer care agent says the delivery agent needs to cancel.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio network is very Poor of my postpaid connection. I m facing the same issue from last 6 months Everytime I have been informed that jio is working on it but still it's very Poor @airtelindia do you have any good family plan for me

    @JioCare I'm not getting it. How tough it is for an engineer to visit my place?If your resolution time is 24 hrs, what 'concerned team' is working on for last 4 days. I'm WFH and can't afford this much delay in resolution.I'm sorry, I can't continue with Jio. Plz do the needful.

    Due to the weak network of Jio,the data speed, calling came to a complete halt.All the Jio customers around the village of Fazalpur in the Greater Noida area are getting upset and getting ported to Airtel. Jio team should fix it immediately by installing a tower.@JioCare

    @JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

    @JioCare @reliancejio He promised me that you will get YouTube black premium but I didn’t get it ans also I should get latest C6 outdoor unit but got very old unit, Once again Jio Team cheated me, very frustrated with the service, after paying 100 Mbps, geriatric 30 Mbps benifit.

    @JioCare The engineer’s reporting boss is not picking up call his number is 8850419136. Engineer said there is wire issue and he need to go to store and collect the wire. For speeding my husband took him to store & they are not giving wire. Expedite it immediately

    @JioCare If the service cannot be activated, please process a refund at the earliest. Also, if reactivation wasn’t possible, why was the option to “pay now and activate” shown in the first place? This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience.

No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.

    @Henon22 @airtel_india That does sound really inconvenient. I faced something similar earlier,but after switching to jio the international roaming service and support have been reliable for me. You may want to consider trying @jiocare on your next international trip.
