When I chat with your CC team, they apologize and say that my issue will be resolved next day. This is the most pathetic customer care service I have seen!!

Same time other internet providers not having such issue. I contact jio fiber customer care, rater than give me a solution, customer care asking me to contact my IT team. Why jio have this problem.
