    Due to the weak network of Jio,the data speed, calling came to a complete halt.All the Jio customers around the village of Fazalpur in the Greater Noida area are getting upset and getting ported to Airtel. Jio team should fix it immediately by installing a tower.@JioCare

    I raised a complaint in jio customer care for my calling and internet issues but they didn’t solve my problem. Very poor service I am very disappointed. @JioCare

    @JioCare - I raised SR00001A6969 on 30th March for my Jio fiber issue. It's more than 3 days and nobody has contacted me. When I chat with your CC team, they apologize and say that my issue will be resolved next day. This is the most pathetic customer care service I have seen!!

    Hey @JioCare what a bad network connectivity here in shahberi greater Noida west GB Nagar Uttar Pradesh. You can't make even a singular proper call. No jio fiber. You are unable to reach.

    @TheAkashNavi @JioCare 14 days 😯 This is really pathetic service!!Thanks Akash for this input. I'm a new customer. Took jio fiber connection last month only. Never faced this issue with my last provider.

    @JioCare fake promises in our area regarding referrals and no one pick the calls. Spoke with area sales head shivam bhel bt still waiting for his response . Also he assigned his guy to help me bt it takes month time , then now he didn’t pick my calls .Use less services jio fiber

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @airtelindia This is completely mental harassment to chasing 5 times in each and everyday but no response from you. Whosever taking your services defiantly regret. I never use jio services again.

    Dear #JioFiber team, service has been down more than 2 days now in ou society @exoticadvnoida there is no update. Instead of advertisement you need to improve the service avaiabilty and there no escalation team n customer service team available only IVR.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare You are rapidly moving towards 5G but your 4G speed is very poor and you should think about it first. Otherwise public knows what to do with such type of companies?

    My number 9358585866 is connected to jio network since old time. But due to very slow calling, data network in the village i am going to drop jio member ship if i don't get help soon @JioCare @reliancejio @ianuragthakur

    @JioCare But I'm disconnecting because you didn't fix my issue for 6 days. Why I'll pay for remaining months when I can't use your service?? I have all chat logs, emails with me. You can check, the issue I raised on 30th may is still in open state.

    @JioCare I'm not getting it. How tough it is for an engineer to visit my place?If your resolution time is 24 hrs, what 'concerned team' is working on for last 4 days. I'm WFH and can't afford this much delay in resolution.I'm sorry, I can't continue with Jio. Plz do the needful.

    @JioCare One more day gone(total 6 days) and nobody contacted me as expected. As usual got 2 emails, first for 3PM and then for 8PM visit and then nothing happened. Can you please cancel my connection? Nothing is going to change my decision now.

    @reliancejio Almost everybody if facing the dormancy issue wherein you cannot make and receive calls on Jio multiple times in a day and you won't know till you try calling or somebody complains as you not reachable. Please fix this urgently as it really shows Jio in bad light.
