When I chat with your CC team, they apologize and say that my issue will be resolved next day. This is the most pathetic customer care service I have seen!!

Earlier I was with jio and faced the same issue then ported out to @airtelindia and after 3 months I thought your network was improved and ported back to @reliancejio but this time it is the worst now. But the problem of low coverage(range) is still unresolved. Ur local Serv. Head Vikram Pathak is incapable of providing any solution.
