    @KapoorJo @VodafoneIN We faced a similar situation from Vodafone. My husband called them from US and got it rectified. They had not explained clearly that Sim management is required to be done. Sim toolkit is required to set your simcard on international roaming. Serious lapse in service.

    @VodafoneIN shame that after raising multiple times no one bothers to fix idea network issue. It keeps toggling from 4G 4 bars to 2 bars to H+ and losing data connectivity. Irony is it was working smoothly for last 1 year. You spoiled it. Generated UPC code today to port out.

    @KapoorJo @VodafoneIN @RakeshSinghSis9 had numerous arguments with cust care. We made several trips to T mobile stores who the customer care people informed us, were their US partners. Nothing worked. Then he wrote emails and managed to catch the attention of a manager who explained over WhatsApp.

    @ViCustomerCare Why internet speed is slowest and almost unusable most of the time on Saturday and Sunday??? Is the the weekend rollover speed, in which I can't even stream videos in 360p without buffer. Pathetic service. Please fix this. Internet speed is decreasing regularly
