It ruin all the fun while watching webseries. Please resolve this issue asap

We made several trips to T mobile stores who the customer care people informed us, were their US partners. Nothing worked. Then he wrote emails and managed to catch the attention of a manager who explained over WhatsApp.

Poor service at #Sector27 Store and care team has no info on the number. Should have chosen a different telecom.

Instead, you ask us to fly back to India or force a family member onto a 4-month postpay plan just to keep the number. 💩 customer service.
