Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

@DoT_India Please check and do the needful against this major non compliance. This has been common issue with Vi. They put the incoming charges while international roaming and keep repeating that these are genuine charges. Which I don’t pick/ cancel the call. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
