Kasam se, have never been pissed off this much in life and the reason is @VodafoneIN. Now I feel @Idea waa better, though same company by my connection migrated.

Minimum courtesy should be shown to a loyal customer who lost his/her phone and now canโt activate the number. This is a deplorable state that your customer service is in.
