    @ViCustomerCare revert As we have already deactivated the VAS service of amazon prime subscription from our end on date 18 Sep. So, there is no charges will be add on your number . So, I request you kindly coordinate with amazon customer care for remove this information.

    @ViCustomerCare internet work at high speed for 40-50 seconds then suddenly speed drop to 10-20kbps & after 15-20 seconds speed restore to normal and this cycles go on. It ruin all the fun while watching webseries. Please resolve this issue asap.

    On one of my number/ email id linked to @amazonIN raised subscription issue on 17 Sep i.e. Friday to @ViCustomerCare Chat Bot then was transferres to human interaction on chat & was informed that on 18 Sep i.e. Saturday issue will get resolved, but it didn't. (1/n) @VodaIdea_NEWS

    Wrote an email on 19 Sep i.e. Sunday & received an email & call stating that kindly send snapshots of the issue, which were shared promptly. On 20 Sep i.e. Monday received call from @ViCustomerCare informing that: technical issue & will be resolved but no defined timeline. (2/n)

    @ViCustomerCare Biggest fraud is by vodafone on putting data plans with normal plans, I assumed that the plan will be valid for 28 days and you are charging 502 for that but what I get is just data which I don't use on your pathetic network

    @ViCustomerCare Unable to use internet while calling and enable the VoLte asap. I called customer care they said my smartphone does not support VoLte but it is working fine with jio. Please solve this issue.

    Very bad experience in the store. The salesman are very unprofessional. I went there to port my sim to prepaid and they forced me to pay the FRC recharge instant. Where there is no rule that I have to pay the recharge amount there. Can't we recharge on our own? @ViCustomerCare
