    @VodafoneIN . Charges levied without without using netflix 2. my waiver request rejected 3. calling 199 my call never connected to customer care executive 4. netflix is free for 1 month 5 i immediately deactivated it 6 Does vodafoneย  not want to retain old customers

    Moved to panchkula in september 2019. Its been 4 months facing network issues with @VodafoneIN daily, call getting drop, no 4G coverage. Have raised complaints several times, all the time I am getting response that we are installing new towers. @ergyanesh @airtelindia @PMOIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Unable to use internet while calling and enable the VoLte asap. I called customer care they said my smartphone does not support VoLte but it is working fine with jio. Please solve this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare revert As we have already deactivated the VAS service of amazon prime subscription from our end on date 18 Sep. So, there is no charges will be add on your number . So, I request you kindly coordinate with amazon customer care for remove this information.

    Confused with @ViCustomerCare roaming service. I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim). I asked for breakdown of calls but got some gyaan and spoke to bots. +
