@JioCare jio net speed is very low it is at that time when in country new year celebrate but speed is very bad. Then jio care says we will resolve issue but nobody resolve I face this issue last 4 month and complaint it but no solution

@JioCare My #jiofiber set top box in not working since 22 Sept.I raised complaint on 23 sept. and engineer visit was scheduled for 25 but nobody came. Since 25th I am following up with your customer support team but stills no resolution.

My jio broadband not working since morning. Biggest problem is not able to register a complaint tried all ways suggested but not sure even if my complaint is registered.. Now i dont know when i will get the internet connection back.. This is so bloody irritating .@JioCare
