@reliancejio Plz dont market as free trial. @JioCare the #jio fiber 30 days free trail is a #scam. They collect router after 60 days n deny deposit amount stating router received after 60 days. Very poor customer support. They raise a ticket for any issues and close it woth out fixing it.

What the heck is this #jiocare i have been trying to connect to your customer care service regarding my internet service but the phone diconnects. It has been 5-6 days the i am not able to use the net 🤬🤬. I think i made the wrong choice moving from airtel to jio plzz help

@SurajMi29603742 If you ask me porting is the only option. I did it too and you should do it too coz they will never resolve any issues. Jio is only reliable service provider. @JioCare port it
