@JioCare worst network provider in terms of internet speed. Pehle 4g thk se de lo uske bd 5g ka true 5g promote krnea. @reliancejio And dont ask for tower information as u hv already asked several times but nothing happened

@JioCare Worst service. Made complaints SR00001EWGIS,SR00001EXYFE, SR00001F02D2,SR00001F15CF, SR00001F3G8U,SR00001F3FIQ, SR00001FBP7K which closed without resolution,checking with me. Installation team make false commitments,quick in taking money but no service. Appellate irresponsible.

@reliancejio reminder no 4 day 4,no improvement in net speed, no internet in ur 4g+ network. Same problem was there in jan feb march. Time given by u to solve this problem 180-2=178 days.

Dear @ViCustomerCare, am your loyal customer more than 8 yrs. Coz u were the only option avlble at our area. Bt m not at all happy wth ur worst network and never get 4G internet till this date. its time to say good bye. @reliancejio @airtelindia please help me 🗼

@JioCare So, 84 Days will be calculated after the problem will be resolved. Am I right? If not, then refund my amount and I want to surrender my number. Choice is yours. MyJIp App Manu and Care will come when I shall be able to log in and Live chat is foolish and it is also asking for OTP

@reliancejio @JioCare too many issues in your enterprise team, firstly they activated wrong SIM cards, the guy handling this is pathetic, then they deactivated correct SIM card, we are struggling since more than 2d to get it activated but in vain. Anybody responsible? #jio #port
