@reliancejio @JioCare In our Area at the evening tym internet speed becomes very slow less the 1 mbps kindly look into it we have Complained many times regarding this to customer care no improvement location has been tagged Jio's service r getting worse day by day.

My village Nagaliya jat which is in Uttar pradesh, amroha. Have the network problem of @JioCare .There are huge amount of jio customers eventhough they are facing this network problem from year.

@JioCare As usual very bad network of Jio is continue. Call drops continue. Also Suffering problems in Incoming & out going calls.Many times a day my phone comes in dead position. No improvement. Now jio will ask useless questions like my address, floor etc.but never solve issues.

@JioCare I face this issue everywhere around mumbai(in open areas too), there's no point in asking for a specific location. It's been long time since I am facing this issue.@JioCare seems useless where they will only tell you that your issue will be resolved. But nothing happens.
