It’s still not addressed by Jio. Users are frustrated. Positive steps needed.

During the electricity interruption there is no Data connection on the phone. This is blocking us to do work from home smoothly. Please look into this on high priority .

Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.
