@reliancejio is fooling its customers. In the name of 4G, internet is being provided in slow speed from 2G and it does not even have a network. I filed complaint on @JioCare several times but could not find any permanent solution. I expect @TRAI to investigate all these cases.

@JioCare Very poor customer service from Jio Fiber. They never kept their appointment and we waited for them leaving our other works behind. We call customer care and they do not have information nor a willingness to help either. Tired of problems like this from Jio Fiber.

The service providers are also not responding and they are making excuses day by day. They have rescheduled it 12 time
