@reliancejio is fooling its customers. In the name of 4G, internet is being provided in slow speed from 2G and it does not even have a network. I filed complaint on @JioCare several times but could not find any permanent solution. I expect @TRAI to investigate all these cases.

@reliancejio has upgraded my plan to include Set top box, taken the happy code, closed the service request. The #JioFiber is still showing red light, even though i have paid in full. The remote is yet to be installed. I had taken this upgrade to watch #FIFAWorldCup
