@reliancejio is fooling its customers. In the name of 4G, internet is being provided in slow speed from 2G and it does not even have a network. I filed complaint on @JioCare several times but could not find any permanent solution. I expect @TRAI to investigate all these cases.

This is pathetic. Jio Internet has been down since morning. Only one or two towers and null internet. I can't sit at top floor all the dang time to avail internet services. This is very ridiculous from Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare
