From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

@reliancejio @IMMukesh_Ambani @AmbaniOfficial a worst network coverage, getting a data speed @ 60bps. Horrible and customer support says they ve very good coverage.

@Airtel_Presence My mistake I tried to leave airtel for @JioCare . Learnt my lesson they took my money and didn't provide the service not even returning the money. But I returned to Airtel. Thank god I didn't disconnect the connection. Thank you @Airtel_Presence for being genuine

@JioCare @reliancejio very disappointing and feeling humiliated my number is barred since morning. Tried many times your customer care saying it is stopped from @Airtel_Presence and they are saying it is stopped from Jio we have released the same. Very pathetic customer service.

@JioCare Worst Service ever, even a Local Internet Provider refunds the Security Deposit on spot. But here Jio cannot even refund my valuable money in 2 Months

@JioCare It is really sad to see how a nationalized company can be so irresponsible. This is the worst experience I have had with any company. Meaning you see I had a problem, I complained and I have to make another complaint on top of the complaint.What could be worse than this?
