From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

@reliancejio Bad and unstable network, Only good for Netflix and prime etc. Feedback after 45 days, do not use if you are working from home or working on VPN/VDI. @JioCare is a shame as just like any other reliance product. #jio waste of money.

@JioCare your helpline doesn't work. Trying to cancel the connection prior to installation. It doesn't accept the number allotted. There is no option for service cancelation on the IVR. What kind of service are you providing? Mind you, this is prior to installation. Horrible!
