From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

@JioCare Customer care says that we can buy new Jiophone with existing number but in store they say they can only give a new phone with a new number. Can't buy without a new jio number. Why should I take a new number when I've an existing Jio number? Please advise @reliancejio
