From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

@airtelindia I need to port out of my 2 Jio no’s 1 postpaid 1prepaid as @JioCare network has deteriorated since the outage they had a few days ago. I work from home and don’t have the patience until @JioCare resolves the issue. Can you deliver SIMs home? Postpaid and prepaid?

@reliancejio is one of the pathetic service provider. They have specific packages that you have to buy all together but no internet, high call dropping and a group of advisor who just pick the phone but not resolving the issue. #cheatindia #pathetic

Dint know relocation of Jio WiFi would be such a huge hassle. Customer care say one thing or the other and promise a time slot and end up postponing, it's been 2 days now. Tough times to be in, if you WFH and rely on JioWiFi🙃 @JioCare @reliancejio. Time to consider @airtelindia

Haven’t seen a poorer customer service than @JioCare ! Have been put on hold from last 40 minutes. Absolute **** service.
