From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

What kind of service is being provided by JIO ? I have requested for my Old JIO fiber cancellation almost a month ago. All I get is message and email that such and such are coming for unistallation from at least a week but no one has yet visited. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

@JioCare i have no expectations from your side, because you don't accept problems in your network. i am expecting that you provide me speed like as airtel, but required at least google open. on your 3rd class data speed i am not able to open the google.

Does JIO has any control over its employee or JIO has kept them only to collect money for new connection. When we apply for new connection the same day JIO employee comes to collect installation fee but they can not come for cancellation. Wow. What a service! @reliancejio
