From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

@JioCare Jio Fibre acc. 300285861830 My connection has been closed on 14th Mar, 2022. My device is not yet picked up, also I didn’t got any call from service engineer. It’s already 40 days since the connection is closed, may I know what is the SLA for device pickup and refunds.
