From my village (Hardua 262406) to Delhi, I never got a single spot where i can say that jio is having good connectivity, my frustration level is going to beyond the limit. I did biggest mistake of my life that I’ve choosen @JioCare network.

I have surrendered my jio fibre in January month of 2021. They said within 7 working days refund will be issued. Still no mail communication or any information shared on status of refund. So pathetic and worst service @JioCare @fiber_jio

@JioCare Do you have reasons why engineer visit getting cancelled repeatedly (4 , 6, 9, 11) Feb - all got canceled. Jio Fiber team is really very very bad at service. You may need to learn from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , they never close any request without confirming with customer.
