Umesh_Jagadal (@umeshjagadal) reported@JioCare My concern isn’t today’s outage but the recurring 4‑hr daily disruption. If tickets only close when service resumes, it's pointless. Can you raise another ticket to investigate the root cause of this daily issue instead.
