@reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

I have been trying to get them cancel my services and refund my deposit but their is no response even from their appellate authority. The mail responses will be like bot.

@JioCare WHAT A THIRD CLASS CONNECTION U PROVIDED TO ME, JUST 5 DAYS OF INSTALATION AND ITS STOPS WORKING, LOGGED A COMPLAINT TWO DAYS BACK AND SURPRISINGLY ITS CLOSED WITHOUT VISITING OR RESOLVING. JUST DISCONNECT THE STUPID CONNECTION AND REFUND MY 2500.
