@reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@reliancejio @JioCare a generator need to be installed in the tower for stop gap arrangement (location: Sripur, PIN-712514) as during power cut the tower does not deliver signal.

What a pathetic service @JioCare. I am a tortured customer of @JioCare. My jio fiber stopped working again third time in 2 months. It is around 400 meters long wire that was stretched/placed from Jio pole to my place for my connection. I had given them around 2500 INR in cash.
