    @reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    @reliancejio my area, regular basis problem facing internet speed and night 7 PM to 10 PM. I complain customer care. but not solve my problem. customar Care told me high Customar use internet on this side.

    @JioCare I brought a jio phone under Diwali offer But after using 7 days the phone facing so much problems like hang, overheating, malfunction and not working switches This is a worst 😥😥😥 phone I have ever seen Thank God i don't purchase jio phone 2 or 3 then it's a more pain

    @OfficialJioTV zee5 app is crashing when exiting the app at jio tv box. So we need to clear cache and data from settings and then reopen the app do works. Plz fix the app. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Fraud @JioCare fiber connection given at my home gets disconnected frequently poor service from their employees had to arrange alternative connection inspite of having a postpaid connection. Fraud company.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I even contacted Jio Care via email, connected to advisors via IVR. Still I do not get solution. Instead of listening the issue, @reliancejio advisors blocked me from their side to not to contact from my Jio Number. So Pathetic, please look into this. 2/2

    The only two telecom players in broadband - Jio & Airtel are giving pathetic customer services even to Premium Customers. In today's time, they are working like we are in 80s. No accountability, changes schedule without informing.. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @JioCare Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. More than 15 days passed but still no installation and no proper response. Only automated replies are coming. If not resolved immediately, I will file complaint in Consumer Forum and request full refund.

    @JioCare 25 DAYS and still no resolution from Jio AirFiber Extremely slow internet for weeks, endless follow-ups, useless responses & zero accountability. Is this the level of service customers are paying for Very disappointed and frustrated with the pathetic support experience.@JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still no action and I get reminders to pay the bill for a service which I havent used for past one month. Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.
