    @reliancejio @JioCare a generator need to be installed in the tower for stop gap arrangement (location: Sripur, PIN-712514) as during power cut the tower does not deliver signal.

    @JioCare the Jio STB is throwing an error saying it is not connected to a Jio Wi-Fi network when that’s not the case. Not able to redeem my other premium OTT subscriptions as well

    @reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    @JioCare I have applied for jio connection 5 days ago but no one came for installation. There is no customer care to talk to directly only answering machine everywhere. I have also paid the amount of 2500/-. Very Bad experience so far with jio fiber. Request number NO0000GDZMTM

    @JioCare My JIO fiber no 03267962029 is invariably unserviceable. Complaints to your staff are not attended promptly. Today again it is unserviceable since 1:00 PM. Kindly see to it that we get uninterrupted service. My connection is since July 2020. We r very prompt in payment.

    @JioCare Your customer support says it takes more than 2 days to activate a lost corporate sim. Also she wants me to travel 35 long kms to get a sim as the sim which she gave is not activated? Do you find these issues?? @Airtel_Presence and @vodafone ??
