    @OfficialJioTV zee5 app is crashing when exiting the app at jio tv box. So we need to clear cache and data from settings and then reopen the app do works. Plz fix the app. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    After the Cyclone, In the Areas of 'WB' the Jio Network Has BeenDestroyed.The Connectivity is so Poor that No Phone Calls Can be made. Therefore,The Concerned Authority Must Look into the Matter&Restore the Network as soonas Possible @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad

    @JioCare one of the worst service provider in my area already complaint about the issue in public grievance and my docket number is DOTEL/E/2019/19129 if my network coverage issue still not solved I'll legally fight for the cause... Pathetic service ...

    @JioCare what the hell you guyz doing in whole North Kolkata region. I didn't saw stable network any time. Fully fluctuate network every time. I complained about these previously. But you guyz didn't took any step. Me and my friends decide to change our network to @VodafoneIN

    Dear @JioCare, This is a serious complaint regarding the Jio network in Village Saidpur Aima, Block Matihani, District Begusarai, Bihar – 851129. For a long time, there has been almost no network coverage. Calls drop or don't connect, and mobile internet is practically unusable.

    @JioCare No ! no ! The issue persists Internet is not working for 10th time router rebooted , dine July 3rd the same condition.. no resolution yet. We don't know local engineer we don't know anyone who can help . Terribly sorry jio you guys need to pull some socks and resolve this

    @reliancejio the signal performs poorly for about half hour and then comes back. This repeats several times a day. If there is consistent congestion in network then please urgently add capacity.
