    @JioCare @reliancejio I recently got a new jio fiber connection in my home . Then I started facing problem in his router, his 4g 2.4 GHz network is not connecting in any device.I talked to customer care about this problem, they are also not helping.

    @JioCare Just like to inform you (Jio) when i travel in local train from Chinsurah to Howrah, the Jio internet is horrible in entire travel. Is it possible to improve for better experience ?

    @reliancejio my area, regular basis problem facing internet speed and night 7 PM to 10 PM. I complain customer care. but not solve my problem. customar Care told me high Customar use internet on this side.

    @reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    @JioCare I am unable to get any OTP from any bank or application since last 4 days and for the same when I tried contacting your executive they disconnected my call in the middle of conversation by keeping me on hold fod which my problem is still being the same #WorstNetwork

    @JioCare I brought a jio phone under Diwali offer But after using 7 days the phone facing so much problems like hang, overheating, malfunction and not working switches This is a worst 😥😥😥 phone I have ever seen Thank God i don't purchase jio phone 2 or 3 then it's a more pain

    @JioCare @reliancejio In spite of repeated complaints, why it is that my home fiber connection from Jio breaks down every now & then? My children work from home in shifts and any single breakage leads to their sufferings. Get your maintenance more stringent and your customer support should be guided to behave more sensitive while talking to suffering customer and not ask irritating questions while keeping them hooked for long times. They should take note of customer problems and log complaint in the system immediately so that backend teams can attend immediately. But they say that their process is such designed and unless they follow all steps, they can't log a complain. Majority of these agents work from home with poor signal coverage and weak internet - so their systems too respond very slowly, adding to the customer suffering and time wastage. I am tired of your service and unless rectified immediately, I will switch to Airtel or local ISP, who are more customer friendly and act fast. My Jio fiber ID is 3335949562

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had paid the complete amount. I had queried 4+ times everytime ur team said they will come. And today they say I canelled.(I did not). I have opted to cancel my Jio Fibre connection after using for past 3yrs. This is the worst and non professional behaviour from team.

    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare Once airtel disappoints you, and it will, DO NOT switch to ACT. Airtel is the least worst option out there. They will at least listen to your complaints.

    @reliancejio network service is terrible. No websites load and e-commerce apps don’t work at all. WhatsApp messages take 15 seconds just to send. You can forget about using YouTube. This is the situation in Kolyari village, Rajasthan. @JioCare @TRAI
