@JioCare I brought a jio phone under Diwali offer But after using 7 days the phone facing so much problems like hang, overheating, malfunction and not working switches This is a worst 😥😥😥 phone I have ever seen Thank God i don't purchase jio phone 2 or 3 then it's a more pain

@JioCare We are facing frequent internet failures.. here is case SR000018WLSD we did multiple follow up with jio support but still issue not yet fixed...we have over 1000 jio fiber connection...if you fail to fix this issue permanently in next 2 days. Will look for other vendors

@JioCare I have already recharge with 719 currently, I did next recharge of 666 by mistake then i asking to update in 719 for qued recharge but your company and people are not ready to update such a rude you are.
