    @JioCare @reliancejio I recently got a new jio fiber connection in my home . Then I started facing problem in his router, his 4g 2.4 GHz network is not connecting in any device.I talked to customer care about this problem, they are also not helping.

    @JioCare @reliancejio After 3 Years of Continue Use I Decided to Left Jio and Join @airtelindia due to there worst service in Our locality. No action taken after many complains.Where @Airtel_Presence and @VodafoneIN take prompt action after any Customer complain. #Jiodown

    Fraud @JioCare fiber connection given at my home gets disconnected frequently poor service from their employees had to arrange alternative connection inspite of having a postpaid connection. Fraud company.

    After the Cyclone, In the Areas of 'WB' the Jio Network Has BeenDestroyed.The Connectivity is so Poor that No Phone Calls Can be made. Therefore,The Concerned Authority Must Look into the Matter&Restore the Network as soonas Possible @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad

    Since 7 July, I have been unable to use the internet because the Jio pole has fallen and the internet cable has broken. I contacted the help desk multiple times. Instead of providing a resolution,calls are simply being transferred. @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare But I want a refund. Because I already booked Airtel fiber and airtel's wifi expert reached within 3 hour and my wifi connection is almost done @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So please provide me my refund. Your fiber service and your engineer is very bad and not any response

    @JioCare The engineer did not visit within the scheduled time (7 PM–8 PM). The app now says, "We regret the delay." My internet has been down for 6 days, and my wife's work has been affected. Please assign another engineer tonight or as the first priority tomorrow morning.

    @JioCare Jio validity was upto 08.07.2026, but the service was stopped at 10:46 AM on 08.07.2026. Kindly let me know the reason as per which rule Calling as well as Data facility is stopped at 10:46 AM. The validity should be upto 23:59 of the date. #TRAI.
