@reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@JioCare @reliancejio I recently got a new jio fiber connection in my home . Then I started facing problem in his router, his 4g 2.4 GHz network is not connecting in any device.I talked to customer care about this problem, they are also not helping.

@JioCare - I have paid the full amount for Intl roaming, neither the service was ever active nor are you doing the refund. Reference number SR00001BF0KL and the estimated resolution time was 14-JUN-2022 07:21:36. I replied for a response but received SoP response :(

@AJIOLife @JioCare @reliancejio I have placed an order with Ajio app. Delivery was scheduled for 11th. The delivery guy was near my place but gave a reason that due to rains he couldn't deliver called customer care to reschedule it the next day. Haven't received the order yet

@JioCare Jio has a good share in almost all the markets but fails to strengthen its customer support. The users Jio Fibre doesn't get appropriate support specifically when it comes to the usage of trail pack that is promised during installation even after collecting the funds.
