I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

@JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

@JioCare So it been 14. Days without a network I paid for I'm Moving around with a dummy jio router with no help at all in Goa Which. Has caused great damage to business too hence decided to stop your bad service and will drop all 308 jio services and jio fiber in our society thanks

@JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

@JioCare I have sent you the requisite details, now kindly get it checked and resolved in immediate basis. If you talk about 4G services that too LTE+ (as per your claim and icon shown in your jio network), the minimum Internet Speeds should be above 20Mbps at least. Plz do that.
