    @reliancejio Your 4g speeds and network in Goa is absolutely pathetic. You have increased recharge rates but service quality is 0. Stop cheating your customers. 😠

    @JioCare even with full range network, I am struggling to make a simple phone call. It's like getting a tatkal ticket booked if I finally manage to connect to a call using my Jio phone.

    @JioCare @TRAI @Airtel_Presence We are not getting indoor and outdoor network... Forget about Internet....... Even calling is not possible......Address - H no 1141, Madel, Tiswadi, North Goa 403102....... Pls enhance capacity of nr by tower.

    You guy's never have a solution for anything at all. Imagine being a Postpaid customer and surviving on worse than 2G networks. Probably time to port to @reliancejio ?

    @reliancejio But the support is not good …. It takes so much of time for them to fix the issue. I have 5 such cases of recent interactions which was really very very bad

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

    @reliancejio Now fairly clear that now that you have netted millions of subscribers into using Jiofi now you'll provide them zero network. Yes, zero. The biggest scam in Indian telecom history.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @Akash_Ambani #akashambani have been trying to get jio fiber in my area from last 1yr 6 months & there is no connection available in my location and probably the whole goa. My pincode 403804 . Please expand we need good jio service 🙏

    @JioCare @reliancejio I use Reliance Jio sim as my primary sim card. But network quality at Marcela Goa, especially indoors is very bad. Even Whatsapp messages remain unsent for long time. Please solve the issue ASAP.

    Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

    @reliancejio @JioCare really disappointed with the service at the Jio store in Panjim, Goa. Only one of the 3 customer executives have the knowledge of number port/new sim. Pathetic! No place for customers to sit

    @JioCare Don't even think 🤔 in my area ur tower is almost 100 mtr away but still the speed is 70kbs 7020065686,numerous time tower 🗼 complaint and network checks but still no solution and @Airtel_Presence is picking up the network in our city

    @reliancejio from 5days the Wi-Fi is not working and a request is submitted in app but engineer is assigned to me but they are worthless unskilled they don’t know how to do Customer care are just remind me my billing date from 14th it is said. What service are you giving

    @reliancejio Kind attention Mr. Akash Ambani ji, even after writing to the highest authorities, no one in Jio Fibre has bothered to contact us. Very shocking and disappointing service. Our Jio Fibre is not working properly for the last several days PIN Code 134113

    Without any communications and not honouring the previous valid recharge cycle to end. Now you need to recharge with 3599/-. The change in policy will be communicated shortly, but before that they disconnected the signal? @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI after i update my iPhone on December 2025 last year, my jio esim stopped working even though I still have esim profile on my iPhone. I even recharged my number but no network is showing and looks like esim profile is corrupted after update. 1/3
