@JioCare So it been 14. Days without a network I paid for I'm Moving around with a dummy jio router with no help at all in Goa Which. Has caused great damage to business too hence decided to stop your bad service and will drop all 308 jio services and jio fiber in our society thanks

@JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

@JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

Hy @RedmiSupportIN i have mi note 7 pro and it getting very less network signal over @reliancejio network but on the other hand on redmi 7a getting same network but u its possible to make calls but nor on note 7 pro. Please fix with an ota update as soon as possible

@JioCare even with full range network, I am struggling to make a simple phone call. It's like getting a tatkal ticket booked if I finally manage to connect to a call using my Jio phone.

@JioCare Hello i use 349₹ pack 3gb / per day package and also an additional 51₹ internet package , the issue is with speed Normally i get 50mpbs but when i have consumed 70 % of the data i get 0.4 mbps speed , this where jio plays tactics i have repeatedly contacted jio care .

Hi @JioCare Due to ongoing protests against farms Laws in Punjab. Farmers are cutting down power supply of Jio Towers. That's why we are facing Slow Internet speed. I hope you will take action asap otherwise we had to switch to @Airtel_Presence or any other Network Operators...
