@JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

@JioCare even with full range network, I am struggling to make a simple phone call. It's like getting a tatkal ticket booked if I finally manage to connect to a call using my Jio phone.

Hy @RedmiSupportIN i have mi note 7 pro and it getting very less network signal over @reliancejio network but on the other hand on redmi 7a getting same network but u its possible to make calls but nor on note 7 pro. Please fix with an ota update as soon as possible

@JioCare purchased new jio wifi dongle and wasted my money on the device as newtwork connection in #goa #panjim pin code 403002 is pathetic. Pls look into it. Tried connecting to customer care , I'm exhausted as it is more pathetic.

@reliancejio Continued ... As per them, As per Company policy wire of 100 metres can be installed at home and our resi address requirement is 128 metre wire which company can't afford. Money has been refunded back. This is not the good service approach Punjab, India
