    Place where I am sitting right now receiving q signal.4 sim recharge for one year.planing not to use jio sim next time and all sim will be use from next year this is my promise worst network I am receiving at my home @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have Jio AirFiber with the outdoor antenna installed on the terrace. During rain, water is entering through the cable from the rooftop unit and leaking inside my house. Internet is working, so diagnostics show no issue and I cannot raise a service request.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Not assigned any engineer for the scheduled Service request raised for 05-JULY-2026 6 PM. Waste of customer time and facing same issue multiple times. Every time customer have to face problems. Very pathetic service.

    @JioCare It has been over two days, and there has been no meaningful update on my refund. This delay is unacceptable. Kindly provide the exact status and a definite timeline for my full refund. If there is any issue, communicate it clearly instead of keeping the matter pending.@JioCare
