    5 days without internet, zero response to multiple complaints, and @JioCare customer service lines aren't even working. This is completely unacceptable. Time to look for a new broadband provider. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @TRAI this is a very serious issue. There are 1000s of homes affected in my area itself for continuously last 4 days because of this Airtel outage. How to raise a formal complaint and get enough compensation or resolution from Airtel?
