T 16- Be careful pertaining to recharge of your jio number, if you made any wrong recharge with wrong number then @reliancejio @JioCare don't help you in any manner, neither reverse the same. Great experience I have with this ...

@JioCare Worst customer care, call get disconnected moment you reach to IVR option 9. I hv 300 mbps connection however getting 30-40 mbps speed! This was not the reason to choose Jio Fiber!

@JioCare New JioFiber user. Order number is NO0000GDFXOY. Installation is still pending. Installation team is not answering the call. Customer Care option to talk to CC representative is not working - my call getting disconnected every time I tried. Resolve the issue ASAP.
