The other sim i have is @reliancejio which is a 100* better on everything i also took Airtel Platinum plan (hoping things'd improve) as a postpaid customer and never in my life I've had faced such issues also y'all should be charged for false advertising ! (2/2)

@JioCare @JioCare you have scheduled an engineer visit for this issue, what would engineer do by visiting the house when the speed is something else by running a speed test and something else when you actually download content from a reliable source !
