@JioCare please help me with this! Do i have to recharge more again for 5g services? I can't see any 5g data plans or anything please help i already had airtel 5g but heard jio is faster so got my self new jio sim and now all i see is slow 4g speed data no 5g

Poco F4 is the worst 5G phone one can buy. It clearly states it's an 5G phone but it is still working on 4G.Similarly Jio is not providing 5G services, even I had words with their support team still no response. @JioCare @IndiaPOCO I am really Dissatisfied

@JioCare That why above request has been raised & still more than 24 hrs, jio plus family plan is not showing - jio plus plans. Its quite simple to change the plan , why cant u guys change it at store or over the phone. I have been with airtel , never faced such issue.
