Please fix with an ota update as soon as possible

Has caused great damage to business too hence decided to stop your bad service and will drop all 308 jio services and jio fiber in our society thanks

Tech visit has been rescheduled 3 times with no prior intimation and my internet is down for more than 24 hrs. On top of it your executives on the phone don't listen & behave weird.
