I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

@JioCare So it been 14. Days without a network I paid for I'm Moving around with a dummy jio router with no help at all in Goa Which. Has caused great damage to business too hence decided to stop your bad service and will drop all 308 jio services and jio fiber in our society thanks

@JioCare For today itself first time slot given at 10Am after when I called they have given 12Pm, when I called at 1PM they have given 6Pm, at 6Pm when I called next timeslot given at 7Pm. Still it is not resolved. Now you people are not even connecting to customer care
