@JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

Hy @RedmiSupportIN i have mi note 7 pro and it getting very less network signal over @reliancejio network but on the other hand on redmi 7a getting same network but u its possible to make calls but nor on note 7 pro. Please fix with an ota update as soon as possible

@JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

@JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

@JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

@JioCare Sir this is my official number and you can understand when your official number has been switched off last 2-3 months. As I wrote above, if jio company not able to restart my number then give me UPC Code then I will be change my operator.Because this is not a area network problem

@JioCare why am I being annoyed everytime I make a call, asking to recharge? The reminders start three days before the expiry of plan. What if I am in an emergency and I am forced to hear this reminder every damn time? Stop this immediately. @reliancejio

Disappointed in poor service from @reliancejio & @JioCare for not resolving broadband issues in our home in Bangalore. Service started Feb 9th and was up and running for a week. The service went down on Feb. 15th and #Jio has not been able to restore the service for over a week!
