I used to get upto 6mbps speed in my room a couple of months back. Now i hardly get 600kbs in the same room. @JioCare @reliancejio Where it used to be full 4 bars in the network area. It's barely 2 now. Paise 4G ke lite ho to speed 2G vali kyu. #getthisshitsorted

I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

@JioCare So it been 14. Days without a network I paid for I'm Moving around with a dummy jio router with no help at all in Goa Which. Has caused great damage to business too hence decided to stop your bad service and will drop all 308 jio services and jio fiber in our society thanks

@reliancejio did not know getting 1 invoice was such a pain and the customer is made to run from pillar to post.. with the whatsapp chat, customer care and email channel, are all canned responses without even understanding the customer requirement. Horrible after sales service.
