@JioCare I brought a jio phone under Diwali offer But after using 7 days the phone facing so much problems like hang, overheating, malfunction and not working switches This is a worst 😥😥😥 phone I have ever seen Thank God i don't purchase jio phone 2 or 3 then it's a more pain

@reliancejio @JioCare a generator need to be installed in the tower for stop gap arrangement (location: Sripur, PIN-712514) as during power cut the tower does not deliver signal.

@reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@JioCare Bought Jio extender Art ID 491392171 in Feb,despite following all instl instr it doesnt work. The extender was paired using LAN, when the extender is moved to different room the wifi light doesn't turn green. Request to get the extender changed or provide tech assistance

@aloksamel @JioCare Yes. My parents' and wife's jio sim works fine. My data works fine too. But calls and sms not going, in this duplicate sim. In the previous one, I had the data only and no calls/sms issue for a while before the entire sim went unrecognized/no-service.
