@JioCare I brought a jio phone under Diwali offer But after using 7 days the phone facing so much problems like hang, overheating, malfunction and not working switches This is a worst 😥😥😥 phone I have ever seen Thank God i don't purchase jio phone 2 or 3 then it's a more pain

@reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@JioCare You people take details or work on it as well. Everytime electricity goes then within 2-3 hours the Jio network also goes. Buy a good backup electricity generator for ur tower. It looks cheap for company like jio and for customer like me have to refill vodafone and pay double.
